Students have to conduct a business analysis, develop an alliance between two real corporations in Hong Kong, and create a marketing campaign to develop a new product or service, or launch a special event or activity to achieve specific objective s. A variety of objectives for entering into a corporate alliance include gaining access to new markets, increasing market share, maintaining market power, promoting corporation identity, building greater investor confidence, and encouraging sales.
